Radhika Patke
Radhika has over 15 years of experience in Accounting, Finance & Banking. She holds a CPA, a Master’s degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in finance. Over the span of her career, she has worked as a Commercial Banker, Financial Analyst, Controller and a Business Consultant.
As an entrepreneur she understands the myriad of financial as well as other matters that can hold small business owners back. Her ideas and solutions are fueled by decades of experience working with businesses of all sizes and shapes. Her mission is to help businesses at every step of their growth so that they can flourish and excel to their maximum potential.

Swagat Waghmode
Swagat has over 14 years of experience in the Accounting and auditing field. Being a Chartered Accountant and a holder of a master’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in accounting, he has rich experience working for various SMB businesses and helping them with bookkeeping and auditing needs.
Over the past 14 years, he has obtained significant business and financial expertise in the areas of accounting, taxation, internal controls, business analysis, and portfolio management for his clients. He is currently helping multiple businesses in accounting and tax compliance and has also been helping few foreign MNCs in accounting based calculated decision-making.
After working with different organizations and accounting firms he has deep knowledge about client’s needs, and their real pain points and hence has a perfect solution for them every time. Apart from being an entrepreneur he enjoys travelling, trying different cuisines and reading philosophy.
